Ordering

How long should I wait to receive my order?

Order processing and shipping lead times vary by country and could take anywhere between 3-7 business days. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy page.

What if my order is returned to the sender?

Orders may be returned for several reasons, such as an incorrect address, rejection by the recipient, or an unclaimed shipment. If this happens, please place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will refund the product price for the new order, but shipping costs will need to be paid.

What if my order is lost?

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We will arrange for a replacement order to be sent.

What is your return policy?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days from when we receive the item(s).

How do I report a damaged product?

To report a damaged product, go to the order details page and click "Report a problem." Include a description of the issue, details of the packaging, and photos of the damaged item and its packaging. This helps us process your replacement quickly.

Quality

What is covered under the quality guarantee?

We aim for high-quality standards with all our products. If there is a quality issue, such as damage to the product or a mistake in the number of items received, we will cover the cost of a replacement order or offer a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to address any concerns.

Do you guarantee quality of your product and color consistency?

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through Da Vinci Arts. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will investigate and find a solution. In terms of Color Consistency we use the same print machines, material types, and work processes as our print partners to minimize color variations. However, printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency cannot be guaranteed. Factors influencing color consistency include machine type, settings, paper type, humidity, and machine cleanliness. Color variations within acceptable tolerance levels are not covered under our quality guarantee.
